By accessing and using Ridoo.in (“Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable local laws. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Services Overview
Ridoo offers an online platform that enables users to request and schedule transport or vehicle rental services provided by third-party independent drivers or vendors (“Driver Partners”). We act as a facilitator and not as a transportation provider.
3. Registration and Account Responsibilities
- To use certain services, you must register on our platform and maintain an active account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and update it as needed.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
- Ridoo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
4. User Obligations
By using the platform, you agree that you will:
- Use services only for lawful purposes and not for any fraudulent or criminal activity.
- Not engage in disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward Driver Partners or other users.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Not attempt to interfere with the platform's operations or security features.
5. Booking and Payment
- Fares for services are calculated dynamically based on factors like distance, demand, and time.
- All payments must be made through the authorized payment gateways integrated into the platform.
- Users are required to pay the full fare, including any applicable taxes or convenience fees.
- Ridoo does not guarantee availability of services at all times and in all locations.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Users can cancel bookings within a specified time window. Cancellations outside this window may incur charges.
- In case of no-shows or driver cancellations, appropriate refunds will be issued based on our policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Driver Partner Terms
- Drivers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of Ridoo.
- Driver Partners must ensure safety, legal compliance, and professional conduct during rides.
- Ridoo does not own, operate, or control vehicles used for the services.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
While we strive to provide a seamless experience, Ridoo does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridoo disclaims all liability for:
- Any personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of services.
- Acts or omissions of third-party providers including Driver Partners.
- Service delays, unavailability, or errors due to technical issues.
9. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform without prior notice if we suspect a violation of these Terms or any fraudulent activity. Upon termination, all rights granted to you will be revoked immediately.
10. User Content
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant Ridoo a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use and publish such content in connection with its business.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All trademarks, logos, service marks, and content displayed on the platform are the property of Ridoo or its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or use any materials without prior written consent.
12. Updates to Terms
Ridoo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the platform, and continued usage constitutes acceptance of those changes.
13. Third-Party Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users should review third-party terms before engaging with those sites.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

17. Deletion of Profile
At Ridoo, we value your right to privacy and data control. You may request to delete your account at any time through the app or by emailing us directly.
- When you initiate a delete request via the app, your profile enters a **review period**. During this time, your account will be placed on hold, and access will be restricted.
- We will **retain your data for 12 months** after the deletion request to comply with potential law enforcement or investigative inquiries.
- If any incident involving you or any associated Driver/Passenger is reported, your data may be shared with law enforcement authorities upon official request.
- If no legal complaints or inquiries are received within 12 months, your profile and data will be **permanently removed** from our system.
- If you log in during the hold period, your account will automatically reactivate, and deletion will be canceled.
- If you require urgent deletion, email us at ridootaxi@gmail.com. Your account will be held for 12 months, and only required data will be retained for legal compliance purposes.
Important: Once your account is permanently deleted:
- All personal data including name, email, phone number, profile photo, and booking history will be permanently purged.
- All social login data (e.g., Facebook, Google) will be removed.
- Deleted accounts and data are **irrecoverable**. Please ensure you truly wish to delete your profile before proceeding.
